Holistic: treating the whole person, taking into account mental and social factors, rather than just the symptoms of a disease

Alchemy: A seemingly magical process of transformation, creation, or combination

Reiki is an ancient therapy which is completely natural and non-invasive. It works by intelligently activating your body’s innate ability to heal itself physically and emotionally. It is deeply nourishing and can enable the release of trauma, soothe chronic conditions and assist the healing of physical injury.

Just one session allows you to move into a state of bliss, balance and rejuvenation.

Theta Healing

Theta Healing is a highly effective energy healing and personal development technique which empowers you for positive change. Through a range of methods I will lead you to reprogram your subconscious mind from your limiting beliefs and feelings which hold you back from happiness, love, wellness, prosperity and abundance.

Thai Yoga Fusion Massage is a treatment which marries the traditional techniques of Thai Yoga massage with oil-based deep tissue work on the back, neck and shoulders. I will work on your body using techniques such as energy line activation, applied yoga stretches, gentle rocking, acupressure and effleurage. Meanwhile, you can drift away into a state of healing bliss.

Yoga. The communion & delicious melting of the body and mind. Yoga sessions with me use Vinyasa Flow principles in order to take your body into a slow dance of yoga poses. Classes led by me will ground you into your subtle senses, using guided meditations, pranayama, movement and laughter.

"A message of continued gratitude for the amazing massage received last night. It feels almost derogatory to refer to that experience as a 'massage' when it is unlike anything I have received before. You seem to know exactly what my body needs at any given moment and meet those needs fully and generously. For someone who was brought up to believe that reiki was a load of mumbo jumbo, I can speak with all authenticity when I say that your practise is a skill and you are very talented."
